July 12 at 1 pm:
Strength and Balance
Daniel Piereth, our Fitness and Wellness Coordinator, will talk about Engaged Living, as well as teach a seated class focusing on strength and balance. Afterwards, enjoy healthy snacks and smoothies.
July 20 at 1 pm:
Join us for an aquafitness class, treat yourself to healthy snacks and smoothies, and mingle on the patio afterwards.
July 26 at 11 am:
Learn more about socializing, trips, and activities at Applewood with Wanda Garrin, our Engaged Living Coordinator, and join us for a power lunch afterwards.
