Join us for a special event hosted by the Culinary Institute at Applewood (CIA). Learn about the history of pie, observe fine baking techniques, savor samples prepared by the CIA team, and prepare your own culinary masterpiece to take home and bake.

We hope you’ll join us—and bring your sweet tooth—for the November CIA pie event. It’s the perfect opportunity to mix and mingle, and get a taste of real life at Applewood.
