Do I have to sign a yearly lease? Are rentals available?
Applewood is not a rental community and you do not sign a lease. You secure your cottage or apartment home with a one-time entrance fee that secures your apartment home for as long as you live at Applewood. You also pay a monthly service fee.
What is included in the monthly service fee?
The monthly service fee covers almost all your daily expenses, including:
