Ten years ago, upon taking the position of Executive Director at Applewood, our management team meticulously crafted a forward-thinking Master Plan for Applewood that projected a decade into the future. With this strategic blueprint guiding every action, we adeptly established and met the goals we set between 2014 and 2024.

As we stand today, we are once more turning towards the next decade and beyond. Our objectives remain as ambitious, innovative and industry leading as ever.

Undoubtedly, addressing the imminent surge in retiring individuals over the next two decades presents an even more formidable challenge. To meet these growing needs, it was imperative to synchronize Applewood with a premier leader in aging services, equipped with the expertise and financial stability necessary to guide us toward a thriving and resilient future.
