A single-site community, Applewood has 300 independent living residences, 40 assisted living apartments, 60 skilled nursing beds and 11 specialized memory care apartments, set on 44 beautiful acres in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

How much does it cost to live at Applewood?

Pricing for Applewood’s independent living cottage and apartment homes varies by size, location and contract selection. As a CCRC, there is an entrance fee and then a monthly service fee that includes utilities, amenities, programs and some meals. Assisted living and memory care prices vary by room type and location. Specifics can be shared by the Sales & Marketing team.

How do I become an Applewood resident?

A fully refundable, non-interest bearing deposit will reserve an apartment or cottage while you complete the application process. Once you have completed the application process, you will convert your deposit into a reservation for a specific home and begin the move-in process.
