All of our senior living cottages offer the comforts of home with stainless steel kitchen appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, and an open-concept living space..

And with your car parked in your garage, you can get on the road quickly to explore all there is to do here in central New Jersey. You could also take a day-trip to stroll along Jersey Shore beaches, go shopping in Manhattan, or head over to Philadelphia to see all the historic sites.

Here’s a look at the layouts for several of our retirement cottages:

Royal Cottage

Right off the porch, the front door opens into the Great Room in this one-bedroom layout. This 1,348-square-foot floor plan features a den next to the Master Bedroom, which has a walk-in closet and quick access to the Master Bathroom. There’s also a bathroom right across from the den, and the garage is conveniently located right off the kitchen.

Embassy Cottage

This cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a layout covering 1,513 square feet. The Master Bedroom and a second bedroom are located right down the hall from each other. A walk through the eat-in kitchen also leads right into your garage.

Monarch Cottage

You get a bit more space and a different layout with this cottage. There are two bedrooms located adjacent to each other, and both of them offer plenty of closet space. In addition to the Master Bathroom, there’s a second bathroom right off the Great Room in this 1,534-square-foot design.

Presidential Cottage

The presidential cottage is the largest cottage at Applewood. With two bedrooms and a den, there is ample space to gather with friends and family. Additionally, the 1,643-square-foot cottage has two full bathrooms and a walk-in closet.
