Advanced Standing Awarded to Applewood Assisted Living

Applwood earns recognition from the NJ Dept. of Health

The Assisted Living department at Applewood has received the Advanced Standing designation from the New Jersey Department of Health for the seventh consecutive year.

This recognition, which confirms regulatory compliance and overall quality and performance excellence, is awarded after a detailed on-site survey conducted by the NJ DOH.

“Congratulations to nursing supervisor Kerry Tepedino-Piscitelli, RN, and her outstanding team for maintaining an outstanding quality of care, particularly during the challenges of the past year,” says Linda Rizzo, director of Healthcare Services.
